Effects of (Ba,Ca)ScO2F:Bi3+,K+ phosphor particle size on color uniformity white light-emitting diodes

Phosphors that offer considerable performance as well heat consistency has been a high priority of recent studies concerning light-emitting diodes (LED) devices. This study employs the perovskite phosphors BCSOF (short for Ba<sub>1-x</sub>Ca<sub>x</sub>ScO<sub>2</sub>F:0.001Bi3+,0.001K+ with x value from 0 to 0.12 and one chip at 415 nm generating thin green illumination via cation-replacement method. The examines aftermath when Ca<sup>2+</sup> replaces Ba<sup>2+</sup> within crystal formations luminescent features phosphors, detecting formation cube-like space group Pm3m in employed phosphors. In addition, also assesses development magnitude cells binding extent Ba/Ca/K/Bi-O. When inner quantum reaches 77.4% BCSOF, potent discharge is manifested, reaching 510 excited by nm. Greater correlating changes were reported. Via method replacing cations, it possible control spectrum manipulating latticework’s surroundings, leading desirable LED products.
